1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

• All purchases on ComedyVibe are for digital content and subscription access, delivered instantly.
• Because access to the content library is granted immediately after payment, purchases are non-refundable once processed.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Accidental purchases.
• Cancellation after access has already been granted (you keep access until the end of the paid period).
• Unused days within a subscription period.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
• A failed transaction where money was deducted but access was not granted.

In such cases, email comedyvibe.in@gmail.com immediately with proof of payment. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

• To keep uninterrupted access, your subscription must renew (auto-pay) or be repaid before it expires.
• If a payment fails or the plan lapses, access is paused until you renew — your account and saved items remain.
• You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of your current paid cycle. No refunds are given for the remaining period.
